MFG is the proud successor of Energowind, which has gained a reputation as a leader in the field of renewable energy sources. The start of work of MFG as the successor of Energowind represents a new phase in the continuous development and expansion of activities in the field of wind farms and renewable energy sources.

Energowind was founded back in 2005 by the president of our group, Mr. Branislav Matić. The company of the same name is the owner of the Plandište 1 project (102 MW), which is one of the first construction permits obtained for wind farms in the Republic of Serbia. In the same year (2012), Energowind, which remains owned by Mr. Branislav Matić, is separated, and the parent Energowind changes its name to NIS Energowind, so that today it bears the name NIS MET Energowind.

When MFG took over the business from Energowind, it took over a rich legacy of experience, expertise and successful projects. This transition allowed MFG to build a strong foundation for further development and expand its services in the field of renewable energy sources. MFG as a group, in addition to energy, has other divisions in which Agrar is the leader, and some more are under development. In the field of energy, in addition to the development of renewable energy sources, MFG is introducing consulting and distribution of goods in which it expects further development of its business.
